WARM CORPORATE COMPLIANCE HELPLINE To have an effective
compliance program, we must all cooperate willingly and participate actively.
The Help line is a service for employees who wish to anonymously or
confidentially report suspected violations of our Code of Conduct, policies, or
laws and regulations. I strongly encourage you to report any suspected
violation if you do not feel the problem can be appropriately addressed through
your manager or supervisor, or Human Resources. The Compliance Helpline
number is 706-655-9262 or Extension 262. You need not identify
yourself by name when you phone the Helpline. If you choose to give your name,
we will keep that information confidential unless, as in the case of certain
crimes, a law requires that any name you supply be provided to enforcement
officials or a court; or if your name is important to completing an
investigation. We absolutely will not
allow any retribution or retaliation
against an employee who reports a
