At Warm Springs Medical Center Nursing Home, we are dedicated
to delivering quality individual services to every person entrusted
to our care. Our facility provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation
therapy to adults of all ages who need short or long term care.
To meet the social needs of residents, we offer many recreational
activities and special event celebrations. Religious services
are available for member of all faiths. Our goal is to provide
